Office Manager — Dubai

Dubai — On-Site Operations Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and execution-driven Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our global team environment.

This role sits at the intersection of administration, employee experience, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments where structure is still being built.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Systems Management
  • Support and streamline day-to-day operational processes
  • Own and optimize internal documentation and workflows
  • Manage and maintain internal platforms such as Notion, Asana, Monday.com, Workday, or similar systems
  • Coordinate general office logistics as required, depending on business needs
Travel & Event Coordination
  • Coordinate corporate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visa requirements, and itineraries
  • Support internal events, team gatherings, and external activations
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, and logistics for company events
HR & People Operations Support
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the HR Manager
  • Support onboarding processes, including documentation, system setup, and visa processing through relevant UAE platforms
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to employees
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
Executive Support
  • Provide structured administrative support to leadership
  • Track action items and follow-ups across departments

Requirements

Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative roles
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments is strongly preferred
  • Experience managing office operations in Dubai / UAE is a strong advantage
  • Exposure to supporting international or distributed teams is a plus
Skills
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills
  • Experience managing vendors, office facilities, and administrative processes
  • Ability to build and improve systems, processes, and workflows
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
